Another thought...aren't they selling about one quarter as many houses in America this year as they were 2 years ago? Another survey...1.5 homes to every American? China ..about 5000 people to every home?

Don't you own a car? (in China)..wasn't there a survey done that there are more cars in America than there are Americans!

Hey guys! Chill... I just got a nice write up on Sanya expat and I am not in Sanya nor did I pay him....

Is it too hot down there in Sanya? Is that why we are so cranky?? We have wonderful, balmy breezes here in Boao, where we try not to take the world too seriously.

Hi FS,

...of course its easy to enjoy the tropical climate here, but with nice developments in my business advisory and media/concert performance businesses, there are demands to spend more time in the major APAC and mainland cities closer to partners/clients, so we can't realistically continue year round residence in Sanya. Contributing editors will make keeping the site fresh easy enough. Our apt up in Shanghai is next door to Century Park which gives me as much breathing room as possible for my weekly 30km running schedule. More pollution, but there's compromises everywhere you live.
