First Step: The first step of service provided includes sitting down together for half a day or so during which time you will be given a detailed background of the property market in Sanya including all the key surrounding bay areas. During this time of course we identify your specific interests and requirements.
Second Step: We schedule one to two days together as needed viewing selected properties available on the market and visiting sales centers. Of course you are free to spend as much time as you wish independently exploring and researching the property market.

Third Step: Competent legal representation and protection is essential. When you do make the decision to buy a property, our business attorney based in Haikou will handle the property purchase contract from beginning to end together with the real estate agency office that writes the standard property purchase contract for your property. Our attorney will assist and review all documents in communication with seller/agent every step of the purchase process related to legal matters and structure of the purchase agreement, schedule of purchase payments, government office tax payments, to the final sale completion, key handover and final receipt of property deed to you.
