With the significant increase in the numbers of expats residing in Sanya, holding a regular professional Sanya expat network meeting is a topic that has been suggested often this past year.
The number of expats residing in Sanya is surprisingly diverse, including hotel management personnel from Sanya resorts and a variety of business owners and professional service providers is quickly moving toward 100. Local Sanya expats are a diverse, interesting group and it's well worth the effort to make new friends, new Sanya business contacts and share your thoughts...Cheers, M

I will not be able to attend the 11/24 meeting as Thursday I go back to US for a few weeks.

meanwhile...the expat "hangouts" are limited but nice spots....Windmill and Lanna Thai over on Sanya Bay...at Times Coast Bar Street, Allen Story seems the continued favorite (LOUD music)...at Da Dong Hai, the new bar at the dead center spot of the beach (actually slightly to the left) informally known as Elvis's place (the manager's name) and Rainbow Cafe......at Ya Long Bay, the new Pub in the Crowne Plaza mall...
