Dadong Hai Beach

For several weeks, I've been struggling to do this Sanya real estate property update focusing on the latest happenings at Dadonghai beach. I'm happy to finally get to it...Enjoy, M

Dadonghai is a great beach; easily fitting a classic description found in any of the world's travel magazine "best of" beaches describing a tropical beachfront paradise. However, apparently it is about to become a very crowded little beachfront paradise. Think "packed like sardines in a can".

Here at Dadonghai beach, nature has blessed us with a 2.5km crescent shaped beach of soft, light sand, lined with a well-design natural wood and tropical garden boardwalk of cafes, seafood barbecue restaurants; vendors offering cheap soft drinks, beer and wine, lounge chair/umbrella rentals for 20rmb per chair, a nice Thai restaurant and even beachside body massage for well under USD $10. Facing due south, sometimes Dadonghai is as calm as a lake while also bringing us 1 - 1.5 meter waves perfect for boogey boards and surfing. Wow!...we find a little bit of everything at this beach neighborhood.
